Green to Drive #27 Kleenex/Scott Products Ford in 2005

Kimberly-Clark Corporation is pleased to announce its return to NASCAR Busch Series racing in 2005 as primary sponsor of the #27 BREWCO Motorsports team. Driving the #27 KLEENEX®/SCOTT® Products Taurus will be 1994 Busch Series champion David Green.

A fixture on the Busch Series circuit since 1991, Green is thrilled about making a run at his second Busch Series title. “Being a part of the Kimberly-Clark family is a very exciting time for me and my family,” said Green. “Having the opportunity to represent all the employees and customers of Kimberly–Clark is the ultimate dream for any driver. I look forward to working with a sponsor that connects to every household and family in the world, and boy is that a great thought! Having won a championship in 1994 and coming so close last year, I’m dedicated and more focused than ever in 2005 to get a second one. It’s my number one priority to take my new Kleenex®/BREWCO team to the championship table in 2005.

Next season will mark Kimberly-Clark’s eleventh season as a sponsor in the Busch Series, their second season with BREWCO Motorsports. “I’m proud that Kimberly-Clark has the confidence in BREWCO to continue their program with our organization,” said team owner Clarence Brewer. “They’re a great sponsor to work with and we’re looking forward to carrying on our relationship with them. We’ve made several changes for next season in hopes of bringing them a championship. We’ve got a new manufacturer, a new motor program and a driver change. 2005 should be a great year for all of us.”
