Harvick took the lead with 51 laps remaining and survived a hard-charging Scott Riggs to win the crash fest, which featured a record 14 caution flags and one red flag. For Harvick, it was his 10th career win in the Busch series. Riggs finished in the runner-up spot as the highest finishing Busch regular. Tony Raines finished third, while pole sitter Michael Waltrip and Scott Wimmer rounded out the top five.
