Wimmer on Lowe's Motor Speedway: Scott Wimmer, driver of the No. 23 Stacker 2/Stamina RX Chevrolet, knows Lowe's Motor Speedway is one of the toughest tracks on the NASCAR circuit.

"You hear people talk about all of the 'cookie-cutter' 1.5-mile tri-oval racetracks on the circuit today, but there isn't any other 1.5-mile tri-oval like Lowe's Motor Speedway," said Wimmer. "What makes it unique is it has a lot of different bumps all over the track. You've got the famous 'Humpy Bumps' in turns three and four and you have to have your car pointed exactly in the right direction, you won't go through there fast. If you hit them the wrong way, your car can shift up a lane and that's not what you want to do."

"Lowe's Motor Speedway is the most weather sensitive track we compete on which makes you car's handling the highest priority," said Wimmer. "A few clouds overhead can really change your car's handling. Your car can go from loose to tight in the matter of a few laps. This is the one track where the crew chief will keep his eye on what the weather is doing all race long and the track temperature."

Equipment: The Stacker 2/Stamina RX Racing team is taking the same car to Charlotte that they competed with earlier this year at California.

Introducing.: Stacker will have new spokespersons for their line of Stacker products, the 'Stacker Girls,' who will make various appearances at the racetrack and in-market for the rest of the 2003 NASCAR season starting this weekend at Lowe's Motor Speedway.

Appearances: Wimmer will sign autographs at the following locations during the Charlotte race weekend:

· Friday, May 23rd from 7:00pm - 8:00pm at Stacker 2 Booth at Speedstreet in Uptown Charlotte, NC.

· Saturday, May 24th from 9:00am - 10:00am at W&H Souvenir trailer on Lowe's Motor Speedway property.
