“I am really excited about going to California Speedway. What we learned at Nashville, as far as setup goes, is really going to help us a lot. Charlie (Lewis, crew chief) and I have been talking about it the last few races, and we feel like that’s where we have been missing out with the new body styles. We have some really good bodies, we just needed to figure out just what they required.”

“We are taking the car that we ran in Vegas to California. That car tested so well at Vegas, and really should have been great in the race, but we had the steering box problem and never got to show what the car is capable of. Hopefully at California we will do that and bring home another top 10 finish.”
