Pepsi 300 - Nashville Superspeedway

 

Biffle Claims First Win at First Nashville Race
Greg Biffle, in only his 10th career Busch Grand National start, won the inaugural Busch race at the Nashville Superspeedway. Biffle led for 129 of the event's 225 laps and held off Jason Keller by .705 seconds to win the Pepsi 300. Rookie Scott Wimmer followed second-place Keller to the finish line to come home third, while Randy LaJoie and Elton Sawyer rounded out the top five.

Harvick Grabs Inaugural Nashville Pole
Kevin Harvick will start the first-ever Busch Grand National race at the new Nashville Superspeedway from the pole position. Harvick turned in a lap of 30.053 seconds, at an average speed of 159.678 mph, to grab his second pole of the season. Defending champion Jeff Green will start from the outside pole, followed by Bobby Hamilton Jr. and Greg Biffle in row two.
