Kroger 200 - Indianapolis Raceway Park
Harvick Wins at IRP
Kevin Harvick is doing what he has to do to claim his first Busch Grand National championship, winning races. Harvick took the checkered flag ahead of Greg Biffle in the Kroger 200 at Indianapolis Raceway Park to win for the fourth time this season. The win is the seventh career win for Harvick, who led for 29 of the race's 200 laps. Biffle led the most laps and finished second, giving him the same number of points for the event as Harvick and still trails by 163 points in the points chase. Chad Little crossed the finish line third, followed by Elton Sawyer and Jason Keller in the top five.
Wallace Claims Second Pole in a Row
Kenny Wallace will start from the pole position for the second race in a row, taking the top spot for the Kroger 200 at Indianapolis Raceway Park. Wallace turned in a lap of 22.322 seconds, at 110.635 mph, to claim his tenth career pole. Greg Biffle will start from the second spot, while Jeff Purvis and Elton Sawyer make out row two.
