Spencer Wins as Cup Guys Dominate Dover
Jimmy Spencer led five Winston Cup drivers to the finish line in the Busch Grand National race at Dover Downs International. Spencer won for the second time this season, outdistancing Matt Kenseth to take the checkered flag in the MBNA Platinum 200. Spencer led 27 of the race's 200 laps and won his tenth career Busch race. Kevin Harvick finished third and recaptured the BGN point lead, while Mike Skinner and Steve Park rounded out the all-Cup top five.

BGN Qualifying Cancelled at Dover
For the second consecutive week, rain showers forced the cancellation of Busch Series qualifying, and the 43-car field for Saturday's MBNA Platinum 200 was set by the NASCAR rulebook. Jeff Green, who took over the points lead last week winning the CarQuest 300, will start on the pole. Kevin Harvick will start from the second spot and rookie Greg Biffle will start in the third position. Jason Keller and Mike McLaughlin round out the top five.
