Green's Win a Day at the Beach
Jeff Green showed why he loves Myrtle Beach, winning the Myrtle Beach 250 from the pole position. Green, the defending race champion, dominated the event and held off Kevin Harvick to win his second race in a row, his third win this season. With the win, Green extended his point lead over Todd Bodine by 299 points.

    Green Takes Pole at Myrtle Beach
    Busch Grand National point leader Jeff Green claimed his fourth pole position of the 2000 season by taking the top starting spot for the Myrtle Beach 250. Green turned a qualifying lap of 19.857 seconds, at an avearge speed of 97.537 mph. Kevin Harvick will start from the outside pole, while Mike Dillon and Andy Santerre round out row two.
