All Pro Bumper to Bumper 300 - Lowe's Motor Speedway
Kenseth Wins Second in a Row
After leader Joe Nemechek ran out of gas with two laps remaining, Matt Kenseth took the lead and held on to take the checkered flag in the All Pro Bumper to Bumper 300 at Charlotte. The win is the second Busch Grand National victory in a row for Kenseth and his fourth win of the season. In the chase for the BGN championship, point leader Jeff Green now leads teammate Jason Keller by 521 points.
Kenseth on Busch Pole at LMS
Matt Kenseth grabbed the top starting spot for the All Pro Bumper to Bumper 300. Kenseth's qualifying lap of 30.175 seconds, at an avergage speed of 178.956 mph, broke the existing track record. The pole position is the second of the season for Kenseth and the fifth of his BGN career. Veteran Dick Trickle will start from the outside pole, followed by Ricky Hendrick and Mark Martin in row two.
